Dear Warren,
Regarding the proposed in-kind sponsorship submitted to the Utah Film Festival on behalf of the Utah Filmmakers™ Association on November 14, 2022, the organization has decided to withdraw its proposal at this time, as well as any related agreements discussed in relation to it.
Ownership of the assets listed below will be transferred at no cost—expressed or implied—specifically to you, Warren Workman, in recognition of your ongoing contributions to the local film community and Utah’s film industry, your continued service as an Offical Forum Administrator for the Utah Filmmakers™ Association, and all your efforts related to the development of the Utah Film Festival™… Christmas is in a few days too so… ‘tis the season.
Once the transfer of ownership is complete, you are free to use the assets in whatever manner you deem appropriate, including the sale and/or transfer of same to a third party of your choosing, including your company Workman Pro, LLC, to be managed however and by whomever, you may choose.
